R. David Domsch
David Domsch is Vice President of Lawrence-Leiter and Company, specializing in strategy development, planning and marketing, and the research needed to do those jobs well.
He is skilled in analysis of opportunities, utilizing both primary and secondary research techniques. He has guided organizations in evaluating markets for proposed new products and services, understanding perceptions, and analyzing attitudes and opinions. He has expertise in the full range of research tools, including focus groups, written surveys, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, psychographic and demographic research, concept tests and intercepts. This research is designed to support strategy development as well as the detailed planning necessary for project execution.
Mr. Domsch has designed and executed major search, marketing and strategy projects for organizations as diverse as: John Knox village, Goodwill Industries, Farmland Industries, Mother’s Refuge, National Athletic Trainers Association, University of Missouri at Kansas City, Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association, Lutheran High School of Kansas City, Minnesota Pharmacists Association, Virginia Society of CPAs, Personal Communications Industry Association, National Association of Printers and Lithographers, National Business Travel Association, National Association for Business Economics, Educational Theater Association/International Thespian Society, and the International Order of the Golden Rule.
Prior to joining Lawrence-Leiter and Company, he served as President of a retail business, directing it through a turnaround situation. He has eleven years of line management and corporate strategic planning experience with Hallmark Cards, Inc. During that time he evaluated new business opportunities, defining strategy and developing plans for entering selected businesses from the initial concept stage through product development, design, positioning, sourcing, scheduling, construction, staffing, control and operations nationwide.
A graduate of Concordia Senior College in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, he received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
